הייתי במצוקה, נעזרתי בהקלטה והרגשתי משוחרר ורגוע. חזרתי על ההקלטה שוב ושוב, עד שהייתי לגמרי משוחרר מהרעש לגבי הבעיה שהייתה לי. בעקבות זה אפילו הגעתי לתובנות ולהחלטות חדשות. תודה רבה שאת מאפשרת את זה.
